The sales service continues through to the thorough testing of each system, as well as after sales support.

We perform extensive testing on every machine that is built at DIY Computer Market, ensuring that there are no conflicts with the hardware or software that has been installed into the machine. Aside from this, the majority of components from DIY Computer Market are accompanied with a full 12 month warranty as a failsafe incase a problem with the hardware elludes the testing criteria.

If any problems do occur with the system, DIY Computer Market offers fast and effective troubleshooting involving Hardware and Software (please read Warranty Conditions for more information) as a free service within the warranty period. This service is continued outside the warranty of the system at a reasonable rate.
