Terms & Conditions

All DIY Computer Market Systems are provided with a 12 months parts(Hardware only) back to base warranty except Monitor, Printer and Laptop. Those things are manufacturer warranty only, DIY Computer Market had no warrant for this. Similarly, the majority of products sold at DIY Computer Market have a 12 month warranty, with some products extending this warranty through the manufacturer. See individual products for details on extended warranties.

Invoice must be presented for any warranty, but labour will be charged if faulty does not found. Warranty will void if products are found physically damaged or damage to other equipment that used in conjunction with those product. And also does not cover any software and virus issues. By the warrenty period should take around 5 - 35 days.

The prices subject to change without notice. All products available while stocks last. All prices are CASH price only. Credit Card Payment incurs additional 1.5% surcharge, Amex Payment incurs additional 3% surcharge, Cheque Payment incurs additional 1.5% surcharge. DIY Computer Market will not be held responsible for errors or omissions within this website.

Refer to Fair Trading NSW Refunds Policies. We do not normally give refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Any additional surcharge(Credit Card payment or Amex Payment) is non-refundable. Discounted products may refuse to return, if goods without faulty.

All prices for online orders are based on the price at time of arrival of goods and not based on time of order. Customer have to be confirm the order by phone or email. DIY has the right to cancel any online order without notice.
